Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping Methods
- Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. The delivery time is 10-15 business days after dispatch. The shipping fee is £12.95.
- Free Shipping: For orders over £50, we offer free shipping via EMS. The delivery time is 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Bath Xpert. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below.
Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
Due to their custom nature and the difficulty in reselling, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Bathroom Furniture Packs
- Designer Radiators
- Modern Freestanding Baths
Return & Exchange Process
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details of the item you wish to return or exchange. Include the reason for the return or exchange.
- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your item.
- Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Attach the RMA number to the outside of the package.
- Ship Your Item: Send the package to the address provided in the instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely.
- Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange. If approved, we will process your refund or send out the replacement item.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchange Process
If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the replacement item once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs for the replacement item will be covered by us.
